In 2009, I bought 368 acres of raw land in Goldthwaite, Texas and built it from the ground up. Electricity, wells, septic tanks, two homes, fencing, high fencing, exotics, wildlife exemptions, ag exemptions, tanks, ponds, etc.

My knowledge started from hands-on experience. From there, I went right into working with Texas Land, one of the top Texas ranch and land brokerages with nearly $1 billion in sales. I have sold land all over central Texas including Goldthwaite, Brownwood, Caldwell, Llano, Lampasas, Lometa, Dime Box, Smithville, and many more.

Today, I am one of the top Farm & Ranch Agents at Independent Realty where I mentor my team, The Etzel Group and I continue my ongoing training alongside other Farm and Ranch Specialists all over the State of Texas.
